The Committee on Finance moved to amend the title of the bill
to read as follows:
S. B. 528 - "A BILL to amend and reenact §59-1-10 of the Code
of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the distribution of
certain fees paid to the clerk of the county commission for
recording of certain documents.".
